Missing Packages

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Eligibility for Refunds: Customers are eligible for refunds under certain conditions. Only unused, unopened, and unaccessed items within the purchased bundle are eligible for refund consideration. Any products that have been used, opened, or accessed will be considered as purchased and are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed based on the condition of the individual items within the bundle as outlined. To request a refund for eligible items within the purchased bundle, customers must contact our customer support team within 10 days of the original purchase date. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and details regarding the unused, unopened, and unaccessed items they wish to return for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the price paid for the eligible items within the bundle, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Refunds will be processed in store credits within five days of approval. Any items within the purchased bundle that have been used, opened, or accessed are non-refundable. Services rendered or accessed during the trial period are also non-refundable. In certain cases, exceptions to this refund policy may be made at the sole discretion of Arvancegadgets Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By purchasing products through the Arvancegadgets, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy. We have a 10-day return policy (excluding digital products), which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any return questions at infor@shoparvance.com. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 3 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your account within 5 business days . If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shoparvance.com. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. Any orders deemed to be purchased via bots or other botting services are not allowed on Arvancegadgets.com. We reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed to have been purchased using bots. If your order is cancelled for this reason, you will receive a full refund. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
